Helpful tips for best Plein Air experience.
Pack artist medium of choice. Bring a portable easel with portable/attachable umbrella, a wet paint carries and waste container for used painting and solvents. We must not pour out any paint liquids or solvent on location. We don’t want to litter the beachin any way.
Dress prepared for outdoor elements at the beach. Sun hat, Sunscreen, Bug spray, personal snack and beverage while working. camara/phone for photo reference while working on your piece. If you are a sit down sketcher, bring a portable chair.
